Senior Plant Manager

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil).
Advanced certification in Power Plant Management (preferred).

Experience:

8–12 years in plant operations, with 3+ years in managerial roles.
Experience with large-scale hydro plants.

Skills:

Advanced technical understanding of plant operations.
Leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in performance monitoring and optimization techniques.

Common Requirements

Safety Orientation:

Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with Malaysian energy laws and grid codes.

IT Skills:

Proficiency in operational and maintenance software (e.g., CMMS, SCADA, ERP).

Languages:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).
