Operation Manager

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
Certifications in power system operations (preferred).

Experience:

6–10 years in plant operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and grid integration.

Skills:

Knowledge of hydro plant operations, water management, and load dispatch.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills.

Common Requirements

Safety Orientation:

Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with Malaysian energy laws and grid codes.

IT Skills:

Proficiency in operational and maintenance software (e.g., CMMS, SCADA, ERP).

Languages:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).
