Maintenance Manager

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
Certification in RCM or similar (preferred).

Experience:

6–10 years in maintenance, with 2–3 years in managerial roles.
Hands-on experience with hydro turbine and generator maintenance.

Skills:

Expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance.
Knowledge of turbines, transformers, and hydraulic systems.
Inventory and procurement management skills.

Common Requirements

Safety Orientation:

Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with Malaysian energy laws and grid codes.

IT Skills:

Proficiency in operational and maintenance software (e.g., CMMS, SCADA, ERP).

Languages:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).
