  •  MBA or Engineering Management (preferred).

Experience:

  •  10–15 years in power plant operations, with 5+ years in senior management.
  •  Strong knowledge of hydroelectric systems, power generation, and grid connectivity.

Skills:

  •  Leadership and team management. 
  • Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control).
  • Regulatory knowledge.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving. 

Common Requirements

Safety Orientation:

Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with Malaysian energy laws and grid codes.

IT Skills:

Proficiency in operational and maintenance software (e.g., CMMS, SCADA, ERP).

Languages:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).
